The department of Mail Services at Rensselaer provides the Rensselaer community with reliable and professional service for the receipt and processing of U.S. and inter-office mail. We are committed to providing quality service and assisting the Institute with all of its mail-related needs. Our goal is to continually provide timely and efficient mail services.
Mail Services provides pick up and delivery service for the entire campus. Using state-of-the-art equipment, we process over 900,000 pieces of mail annually, including campus mail, First Class Express, Priority, Certified, Registered, Insured and International Service.
Rensselaer’s Mail Services are intended for Institute business only. We reserve the right to refuse, return or discard any mail or package that is not intended as Institute business.
