Student package pickup is available once a student receives a
 notification email from the Student Mail Center on the ground floor of
 the Rensselaer Union. Please wait for the notification email before
 coming to the Student Mail Center. Mail Services is continuously
 processing packages and letter mail.
 Your email notification will tell you which parcel locker bank to
 go to at the Student Mail Center to retrieve your package. Please
 refer to

 for additional information on using the parcel lockers.
 Students will receive email notifications for letter mail and
 oversized packages that do not fit in the parcel lockers.
 Letter mail and oversized packages are available through the Mail
 Services Counter, located in the rear of the Student Mail Center.
 Service Counter hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through
 Friday.
 Maximum capacity of the Student Mail Center due to COVID is 10
 people at a time. Please observe social distancing guidance. Masks are
 required at all times.
 For mail and package pickup, please enter the Rensselaer Union
 through the west entrance on 15th Street, not the east entrance by
 Father's.

Please note that the Mail Service Dept. will be closed on Monday September 7, 2020 in observance of the holiday.
