Det 550 Patch

  Leadership Laboratory

Leadership Lab

Leadership Lab is a mandatory two hour course held every Tuesday morning. The cadet training staff is responsible for drawing up a plan for LLAB every week in the form of an operations order, or OPORD. The OPORD is passed up the cadet chain of command and is reviewed each week by the Cadet Wing Commander. Once approved, the cadet training staff are given the green light to execute their plan. LLAB activities each week are designed to give cadets the opportunity to develop their leadership and followership skills in an academic environment.
